We usually ship via USPS ground on Friday’s so if you are in a rush to receive your order we suggest stopping by the store for in-store pickup. Allow 5-10 business days for yro order to arrive.

Returns For In Store Purchases – If you are not satisfied with your in store purchase, you may make an in store exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a store credit. Items on sale, seasonal, custom and market purchases are final sale. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, all tags attached. and in the original condition in which it was received. Any item not in its original condition, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or an item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

Shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a credit will be applied, and a gift card of no cash value will be issued, unless an exchange is requested. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable), If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@covey-outdoors.com.
Exchanges – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@covey-outdoors.com and send your item to: The Covey, 120W. Main St. Tomball TX 77375.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items – Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sale items final sale.
